Unit Owner Payments

Credit Card Payments:
You can pay your fees with a credit card through clicking on main menu pay dues this will direct you to the website, where you will create your own account and use any credit card for a minimal fee.
Automatic Checking Deduction Payments:
You can authorize your Association to automatically debit your checking account every month. You can set this by going to main menu click on pay dues this will direct you to the link to do this, with a minimal monthly fee of $2.00/mo. If your Association banks with BB&T or Executive National Bank, there is no fee and you simply have to download the form and send it in for this deduction to take place. You can also contact our office to obtain the form.
You may send a personal check to pay your Association fees. Please include your payment coupon or your unit number on the memo line of the check. Mail your check to:
