The FLCAJ Readers’ Choice Awards is a distinctive recognition program that highlights the positive impact of service providers supporting community associations across Florida. These awards honor companies that consistently demonstrate exceptional professionalism, reliability, fairness, and integrity in the services they deliver to the communities they serve.
First introduced in 2014 with 37 award recipients, the FLCAJ Readers’ Choice Awards has grown significantly over the years. In 2026, more than 13,000 ballots were cast, recognizing over 250 companies for their excellence and commitment to the industry.
